What does the FAST VETS Act do?

HR 4446 is a House bill sponsored by Rep. Maxine Dexter (D-OR-3). Modifies the redevelopment step of the Department of Veterans Affairs' individualized vocational rehabilitation plan process. Section 3107(b) of title 38, United States Code, is restructured so that after the required review, the Secretary either (A) redevelops the plan when the veteran's long-range rehabilitation goals are no longer feasible due to changes in the veteran's employment handicap and are likelier under a different plan formulated under subsection (a), or (B) disapproves redevelopment when the Secretary determines it is not appropriate.
