HR 8874 is a House bill sponsored by Rep. Troy A. Carter (D-LA-2). Amends paragraph (1) of section 7102(b) of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (Public Law 117-263) so that the report on jurisdictions no longer eligible for Urban Area Security Initiative funding must be produced "every three years thereafter," not just once within 18 months of that Act's enactment.
