Directing the President, pursuant to section 5(c) of the War Powers Resolution, to remove the United States Armed Forces from hostilities against the Islamic Republic of Iran.OPPOSE
“Today, I rise against the Trump administration's reckless, costly, and illegal war in Iran. In just the last 24 hours, President Trump's deal has collapsed yet again. Tensions have escalated, blockades have been reinstated, and strikes have resumed. President Trump has informed the Nation that we are, once again, at war with Iran, an illegal war that no one asked for, no one wanted, and yet every American is paying the price for.”

Veterans’ Compensation Cost-of-Living Adjustment Act of 2025OPPOSE
“This bipartisan legislation would provide a 2.8 percent cost-of- living increase for VA disability benefits, like disability compensation and clothing allowance, as well as survivor benefits, such as dependency and indemnity compensation. Veterans and their families are entitled to and owed these benefits, and it is our responsibility in Congress to ensure that we continue to provide the utility and financial stability they deserve. Affordability is a top concern for all of my constituents, including the veterans in my community.”
