Harold Rogers
Harold Rogers is the U.S. Representative for Kentucky's 5th District (KY-5).
District covers all of Bell County, Boyd County, Breathitt County, Clay County, Elliott County, Floyd County, Harlan County, Jackson County, Johnson County, Knott County, Knox County, Laurel County, Lawrence County, Lee County, Leslie County, Letcher County, Lincoln County, Magoffin County, Martin County, McCreary County, Menifee County, Morgan County, Owsley County, Perry County, Pike County, Pulaski County, Rockcastle County, Rowan County, Wayne County, Whitley County, and Wolfe County and part of Bath County and Carter County, including Ashland, Somerset, Middlesborough, Corbin, and Pikeville.
Harold Dallas Rogers is an American lawyer and politician serving as the U.S. representative for Kentucky's 5th congressional district since 1981. He is a member of the Republican Party. Upon Don Young's death in 2022, Rogers became the dean of the House of Representatives.
